SukiJ was lovely, though she’d had some trouble navigating to our street number-it was not a problem though, and she gave a very good massage which provided a lot of relief for me! Would book her again.

Cant reccomend Warren enough he was very knowledgeable and made the home experience absolutely worth it I was in so much pain and Warren helped realease the tension. Will definitely be using again

I'm just unsure why SeanneR was chosen when she had another appointment and didn't know where she was coming. My 7pm ended up being an 8.30pm appointment. Based on the first experience, I'd definitely use the service again. There was some concern over medications I take and what kind of massage was suitable for me and Tenille adapted accordingly. I'll educate myself a bit with my GP in regards to any concerns there might be and book again soon.

Natalie seems to have been in a bad mood since the start. I had a notification that her eta was at 9:45am for the massage at 10am. She late arrived at 10:15am and called saying i entered incorrect address, during the call she was outside my house, so the address was correct. She said the house number wasn't shown on the building which it was. I also made a note during the booking on how to find my house unit. The massage it self, my wife said that she was great.

Exactly what I was hoping for! Natalie was an extremely professional and kind masseuse, whom I’d highly recommend. I asked for a balance between deep-tissue and relaxation techniques, and she really delivered. Can’t tell you how many masseuses in the past have gone too far either way! Natalie even answered my questions about how and why the massage was working so well, and gave some tips about prevention and strength training from her experience as a personal trainer as well. 10/10

The massage person was great. Very understanding of my needs and adapted the technique as necessary. Good feedback throughout the massage helped too. On the downside, the Admin and customer service people are a total disappointment. Phones don't get answered. Messages left are not responded to. Emails are totally ignored. You're on your own when it comes to any phone help. The masseurs are great, but the company itself is a big letdown.

I booked this experience for my good friend who has lately been in much pain and discomfort. As a surprise and to thank her for her support through my recent difficult times, I booked a deep tissue remedial in-home massage with Janie. She was punctual (early in fact;) professional, experienced and made my friend feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed from the outset and through the entire experience. After her massage she was in much less pain and was extremely happy with the service. I was delighted and have decided to book Janie again for myself!! I highly recommend her and this service provided by Zenin massage!

Bono’s quality of massage was good, he was able to locate tense spots without prompting and maintained a pressure throughout the massage that my body was able to tolerate. Boni was also extremely accommodating at my late request to start the massage early in response to my baby’s routine and communication throughout this process was excellent. My massage and therapist was great. So good that I booked another massage for in a week’s time. However Zenin charged me for the massage prior to the arrival of my therapist and again when I sent a text to make an appointment in 1 weeks time, before they’d even confirmed my booking. When I queried this I was advised Zenin charge you when the booking is made, so I cancelled it. I believe companies can only change when they have honest feedback, hopefully this will encourage them to rethink their policy
