We booked a couple's back-to-back massage at home in the morning and by evening, we were appointed a therapist, Hazar. He arrived 5 minutes early and set up the room creating a relaxing vibe with music, and essential oils. The experience was wonderful, we both experienced a 75min remedial deep tissue massage, which did NOT disappoint! Hazar made us feel comfortable, relaxed and maintained high level of professionalism. This has opened wonderful opportunity for us to book with him again. Highly recommend!

Natalie was running late and called me very flustered and quite abrupt questioning where she had to go for parking and stated she would be leaving if there want anywhere for her to park. I explained to her that there was plenty of visitor parking and we would reimburse her for parking costs. I understand The Star is a really big place but I'd expect if you accept the job she should have researched this before coming. It wasn't the best first impression. We agreed to meet Natalie in the lobby and help her with her equipment which we totally didn’t mind. Natalie still left at 6pm even though she arrived late. Overall the massage was ok but I felt the whole experience would have been better if she was on time and more organised.

Debra was amazing she really knows what's she's doing, we both feel amazing. She was on time very polite, made good conversation. Just an all round professional knowledgeable lady I would definitely choose Debra again when visiting this location if i was able to

We didn't end up being able to have our massage due to covid. Very disappointed.

I had an absolutely fantastic massage experience. Hazar was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly skilled. He took the time to understand my needs and focused on the areas I mentioned, using the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I felt completely relaxed, refreshed and tension-free. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. I will definitely be scheduling another massage. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top quality massage.

Zak is a great massage therapist. He is talented and thoughtful was very accomodating when I asked for a inside thigh massage. I will be scheduling a weekly massage with Zak in the future.

Massage was nice but inconsistent - did not perform the same moves/ duration on both sides, was very adhoc and did not feel like a massage from a qualified masseuse

Suki was the best of the three therapists we have been paired with through Zenin. Great massage technique and always ‘checking in’ on you during the massage to ensure the correct pressure etc is being applied. Would definitely request Suki back.
